Daniel was saved on May 17, 2005.​ In 2007 he went on a 5 month mission trip to Israel with SEND Ministries. This mission trip catapulted his faith and calling. It gave him a heart for the lost, the broken, and a desire to see people grow in Christ. In 2009 he went on a 5 month mission trip to southern India. On this trip  he began to see the Lord leading him to pursue pastoral ministry. In 2010, he went to India again for 2 months with a friend. Upon their return, they started a house church. From that point on Daniel knew God would one day call him to start a greater church movement.

 

Daniel married Yvette on November 4, 2011. He received a Bachelors in Biblical Studies at Horizon University. During this time, he joined Vietnamese Alliance Church San Diego and served as the English pastor for about five years. He soon became licensed and ordained with The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Near the end of 2022, Daniel and Yvette were approved to be church planters with the C&MA. Daniel is currently serving as one of the pastors at The Gathering Church in San Diego with the purpose of building a team and being sent out to plant a new church in North San Diego.

Daniel loves teaching God’s word, making disciples, meeting new people, and sometimes fishing with family. He is excited to see the work God is wanting to do through this new church!
